А если выделить HA кластер и зайти к нему на закладку Summary, то тма он пишет что либо на области с желтым фоном? Если нигде ничего нет, а всо равно пишет, тогда попробовать выключить НА в настройках...

Короче, кластер обнаружил ахтунг-ситуацию и запустил аварийное восстановление. О чем он и трубит.Чтобы не мозолил глаза выключите-включите функцию НА на кластере. Я об этом писал выше.
